Order Issues & Damaged Items

Once reviewed, we will determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns
